How to calculate standard weight

    There are two methods for calculating standard body weight:

    WHO calculation method:

    Male standard weight=(height cm-80) * 70%;

    Female standard weight=(height cm-80) * 60%.

    BMI Body Mass Index:

    Body Mass Index (BMI)=Weight (kg)/Height (m) ^ 2.

    It should be noted that the above are only general standards, and the actual weight may be higher or lower. Generally speaking, exceeding the standard weight by less than 10% is considered normal, exceeding it by more than 10% is considered overweight or obese, and below 10% is considered underweight or emaciated. If you are overweight or underweight, you should seek medical attention in a timely manner to identify the cause and avoid unnecessary harm.
